H.E.F. Fest is an evening dedicated to celebrating our educators and supporting the Hampton Education Foundation (HEF). Held at The Vanguard, the event features local live music, a full menu of food and beverages for purchase, and Celebrity Guest Musicians throughout the night. As the primary fundraiser for HEF, H.E.F. Fest supports the 2024 Teacher Grants Program. Your ticket includes an evening at The Vanguard—a vibrant venue, where the Blue Bear All-Star Band will deliver a lively show of soul, R&B, pop, and funk. All proceeds fund this year's Teacher Grant Program. The Hampton Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, drives innovation, expands student opportunities, and empowers educators to strengthen teaching and learning within Hampton City Schools. Funds raised annually support teacher grants for innovative programs and scholarships for graduating seniors from a Hampton City School. H.E.F. Fest returns to The Vanguard, a historic Hampton Armory transformed into a premiere entertainment venue offering on-site brewed beer & distilled spirits, live music, and a full restaurant featuring a seasonal menu.
